| I have a room to rent in a large comfortable 2 storey house in Gembrook. The house is situated on 5 acres of bush, and is about 3 km from the centre of Gembrook on a quiet rd. The kitchen is large and well laid out, the downstairs living room is also large and has an open fireplace. There are 2 downstairs bathrooms, though one is attached as ensuite to the master bedroom. The main bathroom is big and has a spa bath. The available room is quite large, on a corner and has two opening windows and built in robes. It would suit someone who has a small amount f furniture, but I could also negotiate supplying furniture as needed. |
