| Room will be available from Sunday 26th of March onwards. Bond is $1000.00. Cleaning included. Property is fully furnished but the room will need a bed. Water included, electricity/ internet bill is divided between two. The house is cleaned weekly.
The property is a worker's cottage conveniently located 15mins walk from the CBD, minutes walk from Hyde Park + Oxford St - no expense spared to make the space as lovely as possible.
