| Our current boarder is to move out at the end of the month and get his own place, so we are looking for someone to take over the room.
Single room, own bathroom, available in large two story house in Woodbridge Lakes Estate.
Short walk to new Midland Hospital, Woodbridge/ Midland train Stations, and Centrepoint Shopping Centre.
All utilities, internet, Foxtel, included in the rent, just bring what you have and buy your own food, limited storage available.
Share with mature couple and young well behaved teenager. Have a cat and a dog. Open to a small to medium dog if you have one.
Long term lodgers preferred, six month min, lease agreement is a requirement.
Suit Fifo, students, mature professionals.
Two weeks in advance, two weeks bond, $640.00 and you're in. |
