| Hi there,
My name's Mel, I'm 29 and have a room available to rent in my Elwood apartment. It is located on Ormond Road close to shops, cafes, beach and public transport. A quick 20 minute walk also to Acland street. The room has a double wardrobe and can fit a queen bed, with pretty city views. You will be sharing with just me. I am recently single and enjoying my new lease on life. I love my apartment but unfortunately I can't afford it on my own, that's where you come in. I have a lease until mid January when all options will be considered. Rent is $180 per week, which includes foxtel and internet. It is fully furnished apart from the available room, but could fit a few extra pieces if required. |
