| A beautiful 2 bed apartment in Richmond, off of Bridge Road. 1 double room available. 1 shared bathroom (with bath). New washing machine (front loader) balcony with washing line on it. Floor to ceiling windows. Modern appliances, air con/heating, foxtel, 42 inch LCD. Looking for somebody friendly, clean and tidy (not anal about it). I work long hours so Monday - Friday I am pretty chilled, rarely here until late and then the weekends I go for drinks etc I am 27 and from London. The room is available 29th April however I am only here for 2 weeks to do viewings as off to NYC in 2 weeks so viewings will need to commence asap.
Bills are split between us but they are not much.
