| Double room with a bed, built in wardrobe and ceiling fan, upstairs in a neat 3 bedroom house. Only 2 minutes walk from Newtown station, 5 minutes from Erskinville station and 1 street from King St, it's central but still quiet. Sharing with a guy, a girl and a small dog. We are friendly and easy going and happy to have 1 person or a couple in the room. The house is bright and fully furnished and has a fairly new kitchen and bathroom and sunny courtyard.
