| Hi, my name is Tim and I'm looking for a flatmate from 1 December. The place is a 2nd floor apartment, very light and sunny and well set-out. Either the master or spare bedroom is available depending on your price range, with both including BIR's. Bedroom can come with queen bed if needed. Rest of house mostly furnished. As for me, I'm a 28 year old Kiwi who has been living in Melbourne for 4 years. Work weekdays and am home most nights of the week, but love exercising, getting out with mates, and living for the weekend. Not fussy on who takes the room, as long as they are liberally-minded and don't mind a flatmate who hibernates as much as he socialises. |
